Rayme User Service Agreement

Welcome to Rayme! This agreement governs your use of the Rayme software and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read it carefully.

1. Introduction

1.1 Rayme (the “Service”) is an AI-powered photo and video enhancement tool. The Service is operated by Huan Liu (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1.2 By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this agreement, you must not use the Service.

1.3 The Service is not intended for minors. You affirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and are capable of entering into this agreement. If you are not of legal age, please do not use the Service.

1.4 If you are located outside mainland China, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your country or region when using the Service.

2. About the Service

2.1 Rayme is an application owned and operated by us. We may update the Service, including changing the application name, at any time to improve functionality or comply with legal requirements.

2.2 You may download Rayme from the Apple App Store or other authorized platforms. We do not guarantee that versions obtained from unauthorized sources will function properly.

2.3 We may release different versions for different devices. You should download the version appropriate for your device.

2.4 We may update the Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service may require acceptance of such updates. If you do not install an update, certain features may become unavailable.

2.5 You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary devices and internet access to use the Service.

3. Accounts and Data

3.1 You are not required to register an account to use Rayme. We automatically create a guest account linked to your device’s unique identifier.

3.2 This guest account is device-specific. If you uninstall the application, change devices, or reset your device, your data—including edited photos and videos—may be permanently lost. We are not responsible for such loss.

4. User Conduct and Content

4.1 You are solely responsible for all content you upload, generate, or share through the Service.

4.2 You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit your content and to grant the licenses set forth in this agreement.

4.3 You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload, generate, or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others;

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying systems;

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;

Use the Service to create misleading, deceptive, or abusive content.

 

4.4 Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

Content that violates applicable laws or regulations;

Content that is sexually explicit, violent, or promotes self-harm;

Content that infringes on intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;

Content that facilitates illegal activities or contains misinformation.

4.5 AI-generated content: You acknowledge that AI features may produce inaccurate, biased, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying such content before use or publication.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 We retain all intellectual property rights in the Rayme software, including its AI models, algorithms, and underlying technology.

5.2 You retain ownership of the content you upload or create using the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide, improve, and develop the Service.

5.3 If you do not wish for your content to be used for service improvement, you may opt out by contacting us at luoyufei2026@yeah.net.

5.4 You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without prior written consent.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Rayme offers both free and paid features. Paid features are accessible through subscriptions or in-app purchases.

6.2 Subscriptions:

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store payment system and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

 

Subscription fees are clearly presented before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

 

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or if the paid service is fundamentally non-functional and cannot be corrected promptly.

6.3 Coin Purchases:

Some features may require the use of virtual “coins.” Coins are consumable virtual items.

Coin purchases are final and non-refundable.

 

7. Service Changes and Termination

7.1 We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7.2 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes that adversely affect you, unless circumstances such as security, legal compliance, or emergency require immediate action.

7.3 We may terminate your access to the Service if you violate this agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1 The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2 AI-powered features are provided without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness. You assume all risks associated with using AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding its conflict of laws rules), without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

10.2 Any dispute arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the People’s Court of Yubei District, Chongqing, China, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. We will post the revised agreement within the Service and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
